I love bakes with coconut and seriously i want to make some pancakes with coconut and finally i prepared some last week. Coming to this beautiful pancakes, i quickly prepared these beauties with all purpose flour,dessicated coconut grounded as powder,honey along with buttermilk as eggless pancakes. They turned out extremely fluffy,soft and super filling. Its completely eggless and sugarless,a prefect breakfast to kick start a day.

Almond and coconut works awesome in most of the bakes, though you can make many ultimate desserts and sweets with this incredible ingredients.I have been looking for making a sweet of this combination and finally i did some sweet balls aka ladoos for my kid's snack box. Trust me, grated coconut and whole almonds have excellent nutritional values and they are advised to take atleast twice or once a week in our diet. Though you can dish out many delicious foods out of it, this sweet balls are seriously very easy to make, no roasting nothing is needed to make this fantastic healthy balls. I used dessicated coconut, whole almonds to make this beauties,once grinded you can just roll them as balls and enjoy them.

If you are a vegetarian, and dunno how to get your daily dose of protein in your vegetarian diet, then dont forget to add beans in your diet. Make sure to have your dose of beans atleast everyday. Dry beans like chickpeas,kidney beans, black-eyed peas etc have their important place in my pantry. I never fail to get them from provisional stores whenever i cross them. Its quite a routine for me to dish many healthy dishes out of this nutritious protein rich beans aka legumes. Obviously needless to say that these beans are our family favourite and i dont forget to cook with them atleast everyday. When its comes to feed my kids, i dont even hesitate a second to cook these legumes from breakfast to dinner. We just love them in our daily meals.

Muesli makes a super healthy breakfast when served along with milk or yogurt. Muesli is an uncooked cereal which asks for grains, nuts, seeds and fruits. Muesli can be eaten hot or cold, if you want to have it hot, just cook on stovetop with either water or milk. The main ingredient for making Muesli is rolled oats along with few other grains.Granola ressembles almost like muesli but they are baked eventhough they are prepared with grains,nuts,seeds and fruits. I have became a big fan of muesli and i have been making couple of interesting dishes with this incredible muesli. After making some filling and delicious smoothies, i tried my hands in making some healthy balls aka energy bites from this ultimate muesli.

Fortunately Indian greens have their place in our weekly diet, i dont forget to pick our own Indian greens like Drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves etc from Indian stores often. Obviously i love to cook with greens, but sometimes unfortunately we dont get super fresh greens as much as like in India. However, the best part of cooking with fresh greens asks for quick cooking to conserve their vitamins and minerals. If you want a quick meal with greens, its better to stay with simple, easy and quick poriyal aka sauteed greens. I always have partially cooked rotis/parathas/chappathis in my freezer as they are very easy to cook to finish a dinner or lunch. They are seriously handy and quick to finish your meal without any fuss. If you are tired after a long day, just make some side dish and bring the already frozen rotis to the room temperature, cook them to serve for your dinner or for your breakfast. Not only for making your breakfast or dinner, you can even dish out some incredible rolls to pack your kid's lunch box with their favourite filling. One among the recent chappathi roll, i prepared this time is with egg and capsicum with home made chappathis, which makes an excellent lunch box friendly/kid's friendly wrap to satisfy their hunger.

Sandwich, definitely a filling meal which is prepared simply with any filling along with two bread slices. How easy na. If you are in hurry and dont have enough time to cook up your meal, its better to stick with healthy,super filling sandwiches.My today's post is going to be definitely a healthy sandwich which gets ready very quickly and the filling goes for a no cook vegetable mixture. Since i had some sweet corn kernels in my fridge and cherry tomatoes, i simply prepared this sandwich with these two vegetables and spiced them up with salt and pepper powder,topped with grated cheese. This grilled sandwich makes an excellent meal to carry either for your lunch or else to enjoy thoroughly for your dinner with salads.

This salad was sitting in draft since a long, yep almost a year, i simply tried making this quick, easy and spicy guava salad with unripen green guavas. Those green guavas suits absolutely prefect to make this easy salad with less efforts, apart from chopping guava as thin sliced you doesnt need anything to do,obviously you can make this incredible salad just in few seconds. I had a chance to enjoy Guavas after a long when i was in India last year. Everytime,i miss Guava season there and its been ages i had them, obviously when i saw them in markets, i couldnt resist to get them often until the season ends, thank god i could make some drinks and salad out of this incredible fruit.
